I love this story. Toby is such a special puppy. Rose and Bill did a fabulous job with him. They put a lot of work and love into him. Every time I saw Toby he started to come out of his shell a little more. And Kudos to Vicki (Bobbi and the Strays volunteer), who fostered (and later adopted) Lea, Toby's identical sister =) I saw her at the park last week and she is doing great as well! Awwww!
